Services

Private Classes
A one on one session with a certified Pilates instructor is ideal for a first time introduction to the Pilates method of body conditioning as well as those more experienced with Pilates. Private classes include instruction on the following Pilates equipment: the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, and others at the instructor's discretion.
Appointment required. Please note that Private Sessions (one on one) need to be booked in advance via phone, email or in person and, once booked, the trainer has reserved that block of time exclusively for you.

Equipment Classes
Intended for participants already familiar with Pilates equipment and instruction, there are usually 2 and no more than 3 participants. A certified Pilates instructor will lead the session on Reformer, spring boards, and others at the instructor's discretion. Appointment required; instructor approval only.
